Why do we collect and use your personal information

We collect and use your personal information* in order for us to manage your enquiry, provide you with information about our work based on your request or enquiry, actively work with you on any projects and keep in touch during the course of work we do with or for you. We don’t do direct marketing.

Your data is securely password protected and securely held on a server. Our website server is protected and regularly scanned for malware and viruses. We do not store any credit/debit card details.

We will not pass your personal information onto any third parties unless you give us permission or ask us to do so. This instance is only likely to arise when we are working with or for you on issues or projects for which we need to link up with useful contacts to get things done.

If you send us an enquiry we will store your data for up to one year from the date of the latest interaction with us, be it via email or telephone. Naturally, if we continue to work with you on an ongoing basis we will hold on to your data until a year after we are no longer in contact. You can choose to opt out of contact with us at any time.
